When you become a FreedomRocks Independent Representative, you'll be given an ID number and a personalized version of the FreedomRocks corporate website. Your website address will be www.freedomrocks.com/, followed by your ID number. You can expose dozens, hundreds, even thousands of people to our program by handing out business cards, listing your site on search engines, utilizing opt-in advertising, banner ads, postcards, direct mail, classified ads, newspapers, magazines, E-zines...the list goes on and on.

People from around the world can view your professional business presentation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and get started right online, even if you happen to be sleeping. If you have little/no time to spare, this is the perfect business for you. Your website does all the work; it never gets tired, and it never takes a day off.

Business Plan

So, how do you get paid? There are actually five distinct income streams in the FreedomRocks Business Plan, as well as two Sales Bonus Pools.

First, our Independent Representatives are paid commissions on the sale of our products only. We pay a one-time Mentor Bonus of up to $175 on each sale of a customer product package. And, depending upon your Representative pin level and the type of customer product package sold, you may also receive additional upline mentor bonuses when Representatives you've personally sponsored begin sharing their successes and start selling product packages.

In addition, we will pay bonus commissions on the total sales made in your own team based upon our Business Plan below.

Our business plan is based on a simple two-team concept; a left team and a right team, with unlimited depth.

Bonus Commissions

• Mentor Bonus

  Up to $175 paid for each new active Customer enrolled in your organization. On the sale of a Trader I Customer Product Package:

  • Sponsor receives  $100

  • Upline Silver receives $25

  • Upline Gold receives $25

  • Upline Platinum receives $25

  For example, if the sponsor is Platinum, he/she receives  $100 plus the $25 mentor bonus for the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels, or $175. The mentor bonus  follows  the line of the sponsorship.

  On the sale of a Trader II and/or Managed Customer Product Package:

  • Sponsor receives $75
• Cycle Bonus

  Paid to qualified Silver pin level Representatives and above. $40 paid for each 600 SV (200 SV minimum on weaker team) - up to $25,000 per week

• 20% Matching Bonus

  Paid to qualified Gold pin level Representatives and above. Cycle bonuses of all your personally sponsored; are added together and you are paid 20% of the total; with no cap

• 20% Car Bonus

  Paid to qualified Platinum pin level Representatives and higher. Cycle bonuses of all the Representatives your personally sponsored Representatives have sponsored; are added together and you are paid 20% of the total - up to $10,000 per month

• Freedom Bonus

Cycle bonus increase from $40 to $50 per cycle, for 1-Star Platinum pin level Representatives and above (Cycle Bonus cap remains at $25,000 per weekly pay period

Bonus Pools

• Quick Silver Bonus

Paid to new Representatives who achieve the Silver pin level in their first 30 days

• President's Circle Bonus

  Paid monthly to qualified Representatives based on the sales of Customer Product Packages

  • 3 points awarded for every Trader I package sold
  • 1 point awarded for every Trader II or Managed package sold
  • 4 points needed to qualify
  • 0 points if customer uses voucher
  • Point value = pool amount divided by total points earned by qualifiers

Bonus Commissions on Sale of Trader I Package

* Representatives must generate a minimum of 250 SV from Customer or personal SV to be eligible for Upline Mentor Bonuses, President's Circle, and/or Quick Silver Bonuses.

Your first goal as a new Representative is to sponsor at least one new Representative onto each of your two teams. If you can accomplish this within the first 30 days after you sign up, you will become eligible to participate in our Quick Silver Bonus Pool.

At the end of each weekly pay period, the FreedomRocks computer will calculate the total sales volume on both your left and right teams; and for every 600 SV (with a minimum of 200 SV on your weaker team), you'll earn a Cycle Bonus of $40 USD. You will cycle based on the number of active Representatives on your left and right teams each pay period, right up to our very generous cap of $25,000 USD per week.

FreedomRocks places no glass ceilings and no practical limits on your potential.

As you sponsor new Representatives into your organization, you'll begin climbing our leadership ladder. When you've sponsored your first new Representative, you'll achieve the Bronze pin level. When you've sponsored two Representatives and have placed at least one active Representative on each team, you'll move up to the Silver pin level and become qualified to begin receiving our weekly Cycle Bonus.

When you've sponsored eight Representatives, you'll reach the Gold pin level, and become eligible for our third income bonus - our Matching Bonus. When you've sponsored at least eight Representatives into your organization, we'll add up the cycle bonuses of each and every one and give you 20% of the total. The more Representatives you sponsor, the bigger your bonus. But it doesn't stop there.

When at least 10 of the Representatives you've sponsored have reached the Bronze level or higher, you'll achieve the Platinum pin level, and become eligible for our next income bonus - the Car Bonus. You'll already be receiving the Matching Bonus on all the Representatives you sponsored, but now, we'll take all Representatives that they've sponsored, add up their cycle bonuses, and give you 20% of that total as well - up to $10,000 USD per month.

And finally, the pinnacle of the FreedomRocks leadership ladder is the Freedom level. After achieving the Platinum level, your status in the company is then based upon the average amount (as outlined in the table below) that you receive in your weekly Cycle Bonus. If you maintain an average of 25 cycles or more per week for five consecutive weeks, you'll become eligible for our fifth bonus - the elite Freedom Bonus. At this level we will increase your Cycle Bonus by 25% from $40 USD per cycle, to an unprecedented $50 USD per cycle!!

Spill Factor

FreedomRocks has developed the key to explosive growth and incredible stability - the "Spill Factor." When you sponsor a new Independent Representative into your organization, by default (you may place representatives anywhere you'd like) the FreedomRocks computer will count the Representatives on your left and right teams and place your new Representative on whichever team is weaker. New Representatives will always be placed on the extreme left side or right side of your organization, also known as your outside "legs". Placement in this manner allows the previous Representatives you sponsor to receive the maximum benefit from your continued sponsoring efforts.

Because of the incredible growth rate of the FreedomRocks organization, many Representatives accumulate thousands, even tens of thousands in sales volume before they sponsor their first person. Nothing is more motivating to a new Representative than to see activity in their downline organizations. And...if they're in your downline, you get paid on them - regardless of how they got there.

Related Terminology

Active - A Customer who renews his/her monthly subscription or a Representative who generates 100 SV monthly. Representatives must be active to accumulate SV.

Back Cycling - Occurs when a Representative's one team is the weak team in one cycle and becomes the strong team in the next cycle. In a traditional 1/3 - 2/3 binary, this does not happen - the same team is always the strong team. In a back cycling binary, they can vacillate back and forth.

Business Plan - A two-team plan that allows for only two (2) sales organizations (teams) but pays on sales volume generated infinite levels deep. The FreedomRocks plan pays $40 USD to a Representative each time their downline sales organization cycles.

Car Bonus - 20% of all 2nd tier Representatives' Cycle Bonus (Those your personally sponsored Representatives sponsored) is paid to all Platinum level Representative's (capped at $10,000 USD per month).

Compliance Certification Training - A required course for all FreedomRocks Representatives outlining what they may and may not say, and/or do to remain compliant within our industry. Every Representative must complete this online course within 60 days of joining FreedomRocks and complete annual recertification in order to remain eligible to receive bonuses.

Customer - Someone who pays the initial cost for any Customer Product Package and who provides FreedomRocks with the account information needed to establish the monthly subscription. Customers are not eligible to participate in the Business Plan.

Customer Maintenance Requirement - To earn the Mentor Bonus and President's Circle  Bonus commissions, all Representatives that are Silver pin level and above must maintain at least one personally sponsored and "active" Customer at all times. Upon achievement of the Silver pin level, a Representative has a 60-day "grace period" in order to obtain their first Customer.

Customer Product Package - Any bundled product offering that includes the cost of a monthly subscription fee and the one-time Initial Setup fee.

Cycle - 600 SV accumulated on both teams with a minimum of 200 SV on the weaker = $40 USD Cycle Bonus.

NOTE: Sales Volume generated from personally sponsored Customers is not included in the bonus cycle until the second month. The first month is compensated by the Mentor Bonus.

Cycle Bonus Cap - 625 cycles (500 cycles for 1-Star Platinum and above), or $25,000 USD per weekly pay period.

Freedom Bonus - a 25% increase in Cycle Bonus, from $40 to $50 USD per cycle, is paid to all qualified 1-Star Platinum level and above Representatives (Cycle Bonus cap remains at $25,000 USD per weekly pay period).

Independent Representative (also referred to as a "Representative") - Someone who pays the initial cost for a Business Package or Representative Option. Only qualified Representatives are eligible to participate in the Business Plan.

Matching Bonus - 20% of a Representative's personally sponsored Representative's Cycle Bonus is paid to all Gold (or higher) level Representative's (no cap).

Mentor Bonus - A commission paid to a qualified Representative whenever they sell a customer product package to a new Customer. Upline representatives with a personal minimum of 250 SV qualify for bonuses as well for some product packages.

Monthly Subscription - Automatic monthly credit card charge for the monthly subscription fee.

Overall Residual Compensation Cap - FreedomRocks pays out up to 90% of monthly subscription revenue received to its Independent Representatives in the form of earned bonuses.

Pay period - Weekly, midnight Saturday through midnight the following Saturday. Bonuses are paid two weeks in arrears. To offset processing costs, a fee is deducted from each issued bonus check.

Personal Volume (PV) - Unit of credit used to measure personal sales volume. It is equal to the monthly software subscription cost ($100 USD = 100 PV) that becomes SV to all active upline Representatives.

Product - Any offering developed and/or marketed for sale by FreedomRocks Inc.

Qualified - Refers to a Representative who is eligible to receive earned bonus commissions. In order to be "qualified", the Representative must continue to satisfy all of the following requirements:

• Be an "Active" Representative
• Successfully passed the Compliance Certification Training course
• Maintain the minimum Customer Maintenance Requirement

Sales Volume (SV) - Downline PV that is distributed upline and accumulates on both the left and right team of an active Representative's sales organization. SV is used to determine bonus cycle compensation.
