History

• FreedomRocks was founded on July 1, 2002
• Incorporated (becoming FreedomRocks Inc.) on January 1, 2005
• Initially, marketed as a stock market / mutual fund trading system
• Initial trading system replaced on November 1, 2005 with the FreedomRocks Standard financial product
• Established Corporate Headquarters and Global Support Center in Las Vegas, NV USA in April 2006
• Introduced the FreedomRocks HyperDrive financial product on September 5, 2008
